level switches

Level switches operate on a principle of measurement of dielectric’s capacitance change. This dielectric is created between electrode of the switch and vessel with fluid in the case of conductive liquids. In the case of non-conductive liquids the dielectric is created with help of another auxiliary electrode.

S13S
Level Switches
This switch is intended for level monitoring of liquids with dielectric constant > 50 (water, water solutions, dispersions and cooling mixtures). The switch operates on principle of capacitance change caused by variation of wetted surface of sensing electrode at liquid level change. When liquid level falls below decision level then it comes to switch-on.

S14S
Level Switches
The switch is intended for level monitoring of non-conductive liquids (oils, diesel, petroleum products and some loose materials) with dielectric constant from 2 up to 40. The switch operates on principle of capacitance change caused by variation of wetted or immersed surface of both sensing electrodes at level change. When level falls below decision level then it comes to switch-on.
