Soft Deposits on Spark Plug

SOFT DEPOSITS ON SPARK PLUG

If deposits on the insulator nose are black, the spark plug worked at the self-cleaning temperature too long. It can be caused by incorrect heat range of the spark plug (too cold for the given engine), technical defect of the engine, improper spark gap or improper fuel.
